BE COOL PARTS & ACCESSORIES

Be Cool

Be Cool Inc. was founded in 1998 by Roger Rosebush when he identified the need for better cooling in his 1969 Camaro A/28. Since that time Be Cool has grown into the industry leader in cooling for specialty vehicles.

Quality has been the hallmark of every Be Cool product since the formation of the company. Beginning with an OEM-grade radiator core (for best heat rejection) every Be Cool radiator is manufactured using high-grade aluminum tanks. All Be Cool radiators are precision welded from an engineering blueprint. This construction method ensures a well-engineered part that fits accurately and provides peak cooling efficiency.

Every radiator is 100% tested for leaks before it is hand-finished and ready for sale. Additionally, Be Cool is famous for their professional look and robust packaging that guarantees a damage-free part for the end user. Be Cool’s billet-machined components are carefully constructed with the same eye for quality.

Rick’s Camaros is your one-stop shop for 1978 Camaro parts. The 1978 Camaro was a Second Generation F-Body Camaro, spanning from years 1970-1981. 1978 included the Rally Sport Coupe, Type LT Rally Sport Coupe, Z28 Coupe, Type LT Sport Coupe, and Standard Coupe. 1978 saw the last design facelift for second gen Camaros, with body fronts and rears getting new grille and taillight designs. The Rally Sport became two distinct models and had a two-tone paint scheme that separated hood, tops of front fenders and doors, and part of the roof from the remainder of the body with tri-color striping. The Z28 featured the 350ci engine with 185hp, black grille and other trim, specific hood with scoop, front fender, front and rear spoiler decals, wheel house and rocker panel accent stripes, sport mirrors, and a “string” wrapped steering wheel. Also included were sport suspension, power brakes, 4-speed manual transmission, and special dual-exhaust. Improvements in 1978 included a better-isolated exhaust system for 6-cylinder models, added front frame reinforcements, and a charcoal filter to absorb corrosive fumes in the power brake booster vacuum line. In addition to carrying 2nd Generation 1978 Camaro parts, Rick’s Camaros has parts for all Camaro models available. We have all the parts and accessories you need to help restore your Generation Two 1978 Camaro, at the best prices! Trust Ricks for all of your restoration and replacement needs for your racer, show car, street rod, or daily driver.
