  A Camaro replacement tachometer may be required when the tachometer on your 1970-1978 Camaro gives out. The tachometer is the instrument responsible for measuring rotational speed of the engine in revolutions per minute, or RPM. This instrument works by reading a signal from the negative side of the coil. If someone mixes up the wiring the device can fry, and tachs can simply die of old age.   If either describes your situation Ecklers has you covered.
