1970-72 Camaro Rear Brake Hose
When it comes to your 1970-1972 Camaro, stopping power is paramount. In order for brake fluid to reach the wheel cylinders, causing the cylinder to push the shoes against the drums, it is imperative to have a quality brake hose, AKA hydraulic line. Over time brake hoses break down internally resulting in blockage or dangerous leaks. Even if your hose looks fine on the outside you should replace it if it's original, or more than a few years old. This isn't a difficult or expensive job, especially as compared with the safety it brings.
We have seen two styles of the brass end that attaches to the differential. This is the type that does not need a bracket between the hose end and differential cover. We have the other style listed separately. Study what is on your car, and our picture to make the right choice. For your safety and peace of mind you can't go wrong with one of these replacement hoses from Rick's Camaro.
