We have both with and without red dot on chrome bezel – GM had bothApparently early cars had red dot and later ones do not – I’ve never been able to determine when or if this changed during the 69 model yearOur inventory is from 1969 to early 70’s, US made by Briggs and Stratton (GM supplier of locks)

- Locks come with 1 NOS “E” key with knock out and code stamped and 1
- replacement E key (without knock out)
Apparently early cars had red dot and later ones do not – I’ve never been
