NOTE: In rare instances, the gas cap on a 1967-68 Camaro may sit clocked more toward the passenger’s side giving the appearance the “SS”, “RS” or the standard cap is crooked. 99% of the time, this is a result of the gas filler neck being worn out (bent) and not a defective gas cap. Please check the cap stops on the inside of your fuel filler neck and adjust them with a pair of needle-nose pliers before calling Customer Service.
