Even in these days of high anxiety and stress, tension can be a good thing. That's particularly true with a first-gen Camaro trunk. If the lid on your 1967 Camaro trunk, 1968 Camaro trunk or 1969 Camaro trunk won't stay open, it may be time for a new set of tension rods.
Made for all F-bodies with a rear spoiler, these spoiler rods are a correct reproduction that will look like the originals and work right. Featuring heavy molded rubber sleeves, each set includes a pair of springs and sleeves.
Designed to replace GM part 7733799 on the right side and GM part 7661532 on the left, this set makes a perfect replacement for worn-out tension rods, springs and sleeves. Please note that these will work without the spoiler trunk lid, although the performance will be stiffer.
