The upper fan shroud mounting bracket is what holds and secures the fan shroud on your 1967, 1968, or 1969 Camaro, fitting in the middle of the fan shroud. The purpose of the fan shroud is to channel airflow created by the fan, therefore increasing cooling potential in your Camaro’s engine. In order for the fan shroud to work correctly, it must be secured by the proper mounting bracket. Rick’s Camaros offers this reproduction fan shroud mounting bracket for both small block engines in 1967, 1968, or 1969 Camaros, and big block engines in 1967 or 1968 Camaros. The mounting bracket includes two J-nuts and one upper U-nut for fitting in the middle of the fan shroud, and two lower shroud clips that hold the bottom of the shroud to the radiator flange.
